Returns & Exchanges — Necklaces

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Eligibility
We accept returns on necklaces within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@commonhart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different style, please follow the same process above and note your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Earrings are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons and are final sale.
